About Carved Impressions
Carved Impressions is a division of Sign Technologies, LLC. We carve cemetery monuments and markers and have done so since 1971. In our beginnings we operated solely as a wholesale manufacturer with our carved products. In 2012 we made entry into direct sales with monuments placed on multiple internet platforms where you can still find limited option on eBay, Etsy, and Amazon.
Return Policy
There are two main reasons Carved Impressions will accept a return for a 100% customized headstone or marker: Damage by the carrier or error in engraving caused by Carved Impressions. These are the only two cases in which we will allow any type or return or correction on stones we produce.

Delivery Options-Locations
We ship LTL Common Carrier. These are not our trucks. Changes to your delivery, requested by you, will incur significant charges from the carrier once we ship. We attempt to get you the best tracking information with projected eta. Interruptions and delays have been challenging and can be expected for the foreseeable future.
As a customer, you have Four delivery locations
1: Terminal Pick Up (Free Delivery)
- We ship your monument to the nearest Freight Terminal. They will arrange a time for you to pick it up (They load it for free for you on your truck or trailer)
2: Commercial Business
- The business has a loading dock and equipment that can unload your monument of the LTL truck.
3: Cemetery Delivery ($200.00 Delivery fee)
- We will ship your monument directly to the cemetery for you. There is an additional $200.00 charge for this method. We do not make any profit from this extra charge as it goes directly to the trucking company liftgate they require for cemetery deliveries.
4: Residential Delivery ($300.00 Delivery Fee)
- We strongly discourage this method of shipping. However, we recognize that sometimes it is necessary. The extra fee is paid for the trucking company to deliver to a residence. We do not make any profit off of this additional charge, as it goes straight to the trucking company for this type of delivery, including the liftgate service.
